Secretly Gorgeous ~ Boudoir Photography

Boudoir photographer Wakefield : Boudoir photographer West Yorkshire : Boudoir photographer Barnsley : Boudoir photographer Leeds

Boudoir photography is becoming more and more popular either as a special wedding day gift from the bride to her husband-to-be, a special aniversary or birthday present or just as a gorgeous keepsake that can be treasured and looked at for years to come.

Our Secretly Gorgeous boudoir shoots will meet all your expectations of what a boudoir shoot is all about - you! The images are all created in John's spacious state of the art studio where there are a variety of props such as cracked leather settees, wing-backed chairs, elegant mirrors and chaise longues - there's nothing like reclining on a chaise longue to make you feel like a Hollywood star! And don't worry if you've never been in front of a camera before, John is a very experienced photographer and you will find yourself completely at ease as he guides you through the shoot, suggesting poses and using moody lighting to create a series of sensual images that will show you at your very best. Don't be nervous about being photographed by a man either, you'll find it's all very relaxed, informal and fun and you'll soon be at your ease! You can always pop down to the studio for a coffee and a chat to discuss your ideas with John before committing to a shoot. That way, you'll be able to get a feel for the whole shoot.

Who should do a boudoir shoot? Anyone! Boudoir is not just for the young brides - ladies in their 30s, 40s and 50s are wanting boudoir shoots more and more. The general feeling is that you're all still young at heart and want to capture some beautiful, sensual images before things things all go too far south!

What does a boudoir shoot include? John believes in giving the best quality and value for money without compromise. That's why every boudoir shoot lasts for around 2 hours in the studio and will include a variety of props and backdrops and unlimited changes of outfits. Unlike most boudoir photographers John doesn't limit you to just one change of outfit and, whatever package you choose, you will come away with some sumptuous hand finished prints without having to buy them as an addition.

What should I bring to a boudoir shoot? Lots of underwear, the more the better. Corsets, bustiers, bra & pants sets, stockings, high heels (a must!), men's shirts, babydolls - anything in which you feel comfortable and sensual and would like to be photographed in. The whole definition of boudoir is to be sexy, moody and to imply nudity without crossing the boundary into nudity.

Prices start at just £150 and all of the boudoir packages available include the following:
