Back at NEW college, Pontefract today to shoot a fresh batch of images for the 2011 prospectus. I shot the 2010 images last May and as I walked round the school today, it was really good to see my work blown up and scattered around the school on posters, canvas wraps and, of course, the prospectus in the reception. It was a hard gig last year and was no different this year as we went round the college, nipping into classrooms and shooting a few quick images before moving on to the next room. The pressure is immense as there is literally a few minutes once inside the room to decide on the shot, the lighting and composition and then get it in the bag so that we can pull out as hastily causing as little disruption as possible. I’ll be doing round two of the shoot later this week :¬o Here’s a few unedited images from today – the lighting is nearly all done with a couple of Nikon speedlights and a few gels.
