Today I was in Dinton, near Aylesbury, to photograph chef and restauranteur Frederic Desmette on location at his Belgian restaurant tucked away in the rural backwaters of Buckinghamshire. The images are for use on the newly launched website for La Chouette, a cosy little restaurant specialising in gastronomic delights from Frederic’s native country of Belgium....
